8. Purchase of Products

Users can purchase products from us using this service. If a user wishes to purchase a product, they must follow the procedures specified by us to apply for the purchase. With the application, the user confirms the delivery address, order details, and other information entered or registered by them. By clicking the button to order after confirming this information and receiving an email from us confirming the order details, a sales contract regarding the product is deemed to be established between the user and us.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if there is fraudulent or inappropriate conduct in connection with the use of this service, we reserve the right to cancel or terminate the sales contract and take other appropriate measures.
Minor users cannot purchase products using this service without obtaining prior consent from their legally qualified representative.

9.Payment Method

The payment amount for the purchased products includes the displayed selling price of the products on the site, along with the total amount of consumption tax, shipping fees, and any applicable fees.
Payments for products purchased through this service shall be made using the payment methods specified by us.
If payment is made by credit card, the purchaser agrees to adhere to the separate agreement between the purchaser and the credit card company. In the event of any disputes related to the use of the credit card, the purchaser and the credit card company shall be responsible for resolving the matter.
If a separate agreement (including agreement to the terms and conditions related to the payment method, among other things) is made between the purchaser and the payment company specified in this service, using the designated payment method, the purchaser agrees to abide by the terms of the separate agreement with the payment company. In the event of any disputes related to the payment method, the purchaser and the payment company shall be responsible for resolving the matter.

Furthermore, in cases where the purchaser neglects or refuses to receive the product, the product cannot be received due to prolonged absence, the delivery address is unknown, or for any other reason the purchaser cannot receive the product, we shall fulfill the delivery obligation by contacting the purchaser at the registered contact address and bringing or delivering the product to the delivery address specified during the product purchase. In such cases, we are exempt from the delivery obligation.

This Terms of Service shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Japan. Additionally, for any disputes, exclusive jurisdiction shall be accorded to the courts located in Japan for resolution."
